FREE HOME PLANNING GUIDE
This custom home for a wooded rural site combines natural materials such as cedar siding and stone veneer with extensive use of windows to fit into its site. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright
GETTING STARTED
Curious about starting a building or renovation project but not ready to dive in just yet?  I offer three no-commitment services to explore what's possible and give you a clearer path ahead:
  • FREE 20-Minute Introductory Call
  • $250 On-Site Consultation
  • $750 Project Pre-Design Analysis
3D MODELING

A 3D computer model is created for most projects. The model can be printed out as perspective drawings or viewed as a walkthrough or exterior fly-around.  3D can bring your project to life, enabling you to better visualize your home before it is built.

WHY WORK WITH AN ARCHITECT?

Architects are trained to analyze and integrate the many factors which go into designing a building, including aesthetics, function, structure, materials, sustainability and energy efficiency, site characteristics and construction costs.   They can help you get the most value from your building project and guide you through the design and construction process.

AS AN ARCHITECT I CAN HELP YOU TO . . .

  • Design a home tailored to your needs, tastes and lifestyle, with personal touches that make it warm and inviting
  • Design a home for an unusual or difficult building site
  • Update an existing home to improve flow, make better use of existing space, improve curb appeal or simply make it more beautiful
  • Design an addition that “fits” your existing house and achieves your goals efficiently
  • Make a new or existing home more accessible for aging or handicapped occupants
  • Determine whether it makes sense to remodel or build new
  • Determine what you need and can afford
  • Understand the building process
  • Visualize (through 3D modeling) what your new home, addition or remodel will look like, before it is built
  • Make your new or existing home more environmentally friendly
