This home was designed for a couple who requested a duplex that doesn’t look like a duplex.  It is designed so that the units can be connected to make a large single family home in the future.

The building is oriented with the majority of the windows on the south for sun tempering.  The home is heated by a geothermal system using horizontal loops.
