CURRENT PROJECT - LANCASTER ADDITION AND REMODEL

A love of cooking and entertaining motivated my clients to consider expanding their modestly sized kitchen / dining room, as well as creating a more functional entry.  One option considered was an addition to the front of the house, which would create a formal dining room and more welcoming entry.  

A more ambitious option currently being considered is to add a second level above the entire first floor, creating a new master suite and additional bedrooms for overnight guests, as well as allowing the kitchen and dining functions to expand on the main level.  

In addition to making the house more functional, both design concepts dramatically improve the "curb appeal" of the house.
