This three-story house was designed for a long and narrow lot on the Yahara River.  A two-story great room and the third-level master bedroom take advantage of the river view to the south with an abundance of windows.  Walk-out balconies from the master bedroom and master bathroom provide additional outdoor living space.

Stone veneer walls, a suspended entry canopy, a custom metal railing on the south balcony and a “floating” stairway from the first to second floors are among the special features of this unique home.
