CURRENT PROJECT - RIDGEWAY SECOND STORY ADDITION

My client determined that she needed more room in her one-story farm house and decided to add a second story above most of the house, as well as expanding the existing mud room.  The addition will result in two new bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room.  

Utilizing my 3D modeling program and starting with the same floorplan, I generated four different options for the design of the roof, as well as a fifth option which includes an addition above the sun room.  At this stage, the model is lacking in detail but does a good job of showing potential rooflines.  The selected option will be developed further.  

Working in this way, we can start by looking at the big picture (rooflines and massing) without getting bogged down by details.
